When I go to edit your post, I see URL BBcode tags around the youtube link. For the embed code to work, the URL tags should not be there. Did the board insert the tags or automatically convert the youtube link in to a clickable link? Do you have the rick text editor enabled? This feature seems unreliable with RTE enabled.

I just copied and pasted the URL and it automatically made it into a link. I do have RTE enabled though so that's likely the problem. Thanks for clearing that up.
