Full Auto demo is there, but I'm guessing it's getting hammered because it's slow going so far.

Well, downloaded it, played a bit of it again, and I sure hope it's the same old demo, because it's the same uninspired crap that I played on the oxm demo.
I had this on my Gamefly list, but I don't think I'll bother even renting it till I see good comments from some in here. It's not Twisted Metal, it's not Crazy Taxi, it's not Burnout. All those games are far funner than what Sega put into this demo.
"It's a demo" yes, it is a demo. It's a demonstration of a game I'd never want to own.

why bother to release a game that fluctuates so severly in framerate? Don't developers even care what people will say, or what they think? And this is from the same developer that said " I can't see why any racing games are released that aren't 60fps".. and later said the game would indeed be "LOCKED" at 60fps...the 360 certianly CAN do it..

Why do you people think I buy so few games these days? I do not support total crap. That is why. I have plenty of time to play games right now but I refuse to buy total crap.

This video makes Full Auto look so much better than tht pathetic demo they released on Live Marketplace.
Looks like they've finally ironed-out the hiccups/frame-drops and added some better specular lighting.

exactly...blim has even more videos
there's still some frame rate drop, but not as bad...and with that much explosions and being a first gen game, it's understandable, but I can see that this is a rental at best...gameplay seems fun but prob get bored after a few weeks or so.

Agreed.
Though it looks like it's now at least "playable", due to the nature of the gameplay, it's no more than a rental. Certainly not worth $60.

Let's see... the last game I paid full price for was Forza Motorsport. About the only reason I don't play it much anymore is that cheaters spoiled all the rankings online, making them meaningless. But before that, I certainly got my money's worth out of it, what with several weeks of gameplay during 2005. I still haven't actually completed the career mode, so there is a lot more to be done should I go back to it some day. I seriously doubt that Full Auto will capture my heart in such a manner. I likely wouldn't even rent it to be honest. Give me some good hands on reviews after its release and I might change my mind. Truly though, if I played Full Auto even 25% as much as I did Forza Motorsport, the $60 would be well worth the good times.

According to Game Rankings, Full Auto received the coveted 5.5 out of 10 rating from Official Xbox Magazine. You can smell the quality from here.
Burnout Revenge is the game to get, if you want a great arcade racer, because Full Auto doesn't even fog a mirror. Putting the Sega name on a box of Full Auto reminds me of some lines from Tommy Boy.

I have the mag and I can confirm that rating. I'll still give the game a shot - I'm interested in how the multiplayer modes will work out.
There's an ad for The Outfit in the newest OXM that indicates a multiplayer demo will be available on Xbox Live soon. No date is given.

so I got ripped by microtransaction...well more like ripped by EA
went to download Fight Night's ring girl picture pack and theme pack...what a rip off, the pictures are NOT even FULL SCREEN...just spent 200 on nothing...typical EA...
do not...I repeat, DO NOT download this piece of crap...even though it is very tempting not to for a guy...she's so hot and in her boxer outfit...just find pictures of her and apply them as background urself, it's the same thing...
